My application is mostly complete for the Army. However, my academic information is still incomplete. My status says "Guidance Counselor Feedback:Sent" Does anybody know how this works? Do they just send out an email to your guidance counselor?
My DS's says Guidance Counselor Feddback: not started. How long ago did you fill out the guidance counselor e-mail address? Just wondering how long it takes for them to e-mail the form to the guidance. But I guess I would also like to know how that works, and also if they e-mail information to the coach he had to list for the PFT. He copied the PFT form and is giving it to his coach tomorrow so he can do the assessment this week or next.
I probably filled that a few weeks ago. For the pft I just printed out a copy and gave it to the coach myself. They already approved my pft scores.
OK, DS just filled out the information a few days ago. I also imagine some guidance counselors are not yet in their offices. I am having S stop in the office to talk to the secretary to tell her to be on the lookout for these e-mails.

Even though DS keyed in his guidance counselor & coach info. over a week ago, his status for both is also saying Not Started. My gut tells me that CC is waiting for everything to be provided on the application before they start this process. DS just took PFT yesterday, so we still have to scan in the form to be uploaded to CC. He also hasn't had a chance to scan in his transcripts, either. Lastly, he printed out CC Form 168-R this morning to take to his guidance counselor to fill out. He's going to scan in a copy once it's been completed. If memory serves, your DS is ahead of ours in terms of getting things keyed into the application. However, I'm wondering if the fact that he hasn't done the PFT yet (if I'm correctly understanding what you're saying above) and scanned in the form, if that's holding up the emails being sent out. When we were with the coach yesterday, we told him to keep an eye out for an email from CC. I also sent DS guidance counselor an email this morning letting him know about the upcoming email.
Did you ever break the seal on DS transcripts and scan them in? If so, has status on that item changed from "Pending" to "Approved" yet?
