I found a workaround for the issue that customers cannot open Citrix Workspace in Catalina.
First make sure Citrix workspace is on the computer.
1. Download or open browser Chrome.
3: Click add to Chrome.
4. Click to Allow the app
5. In 'chrome://apps' doubleclick Citrix Workspace.
6. Fill in the URL that the company uses to get into te server.
7. Let the customer log in with their username and password.
Session will start en customer can work.

Me too (32) Me too Me too (32) Me too ReplyCitrix inoperable following OS upgrade I recently updated my MacOS to Monterey version 12.5.1. I am running Citrix Workspace app 2209 for Mac, which worked until I updated my OS. Citrix confirms this is the correct version for my browser. My employer's IT support team is at a loss; however, given the fact that Citrix Workspace was running correctly prior to the update of the OS, they suggest I reach out to you. Repeated re-installs of the Citrix Workspace app have not made a difference. Any suggestions?

Catalina / WebEx Cannot share Desktop or Apps Cannot share Desktop or Apps during WebEx - I upgraded to Catalina Mac OS 10.15 and my Webex worked once, then when I tried it again, I was presented all kinds of pop-up boxes (that looked suspicious) and I denied them all during WebEx start up. Then I could not share any WebEx screens again. WebEx Screen Recording / Sharing - OSX 10.15 Catalina privacy settings for WebEx 39.8
